Digital Hires, one more year at FESPA 2018, the largest trade fair for graphic arts in Europe. He will participate again in the INCA Digital stand. The fair will be in Berlin, from May 15 to 18 (Messe Berlin, Messedam 22, 14055 Berlin, Germany)
Digital Hires is a Spanish company specializing in color and high definition solutions since 1992, and is present in the digital printing industry nationally and internationally. For more than 15 years he has collaborated with the British company INCA Digital, based in Cambridge, which develops, designs and manufactures inkjet printers. Both companies will be in two stands, one in Hall 1.1 stand C40, and the second space, together with Fujifilm, we can find in Hall 5.2 stand C30. In the latter will be a large format machine, the Onset X3, of which Digital Hires is the official technical service of the brand. The Onset X3, with a robotic download system, will be presented as a showcase of digital technology for the corrugated cardboard industry.
Before the big event, John Mills, CEO of Inca Digital, comments: “FESPA 2018 seems to be another milestone in terms of exposure for Inca Digital. It will have a great presence throughout two pavilions, including a showcase stand for the Onset X3, in a new pavilion dedicated to the printing of corrugated cardboard. FESPA 2018 offers us this year one of the best opportunities to demonstrate the reach and versatility of our digital printing technologies. Our Spyder X and the new Onset M will have a privileged place in our booth in hall 1.1, along with the powerful Onset X series, we have a portfolio of innovative digital printing solutions that allow any printing business to achieve its profitability and productivity goals .
In FESPA 2017 we anticipate a concept of digital printing technology sheet by sheet format B1 through our Onset M, and I am delighted to say that, only a year later, we will present for the first time a fully commercial model of the machine at an industry fair in Europe . With this commercial launch in FESPA 2018, Onset M will have a strong impact on the productivity of those businesses that have been the first to invest in this innovative B1 digital technology. ”
When the Spyder X saw the light, Digital Hires was named official distributor of the same. In addition, now adds the distribution of the innovative Onset M for Spain and Portugal. To this is added the technical assistance that Digital Hires facilitates. As John Mills said earlier, both machines will be on display at one of the two INCA Digital booths.
Based on the construction of the Onset X Series and the Spyder X, the Onset M has been designed to be a large format printer specially developed to offer a high quality using a short time, giving B1 format to the offset markets, screen and industrial printing.
What are the main technical characteristics of the Onset M?
Among others, highlight the speed, up to 200 sheets / hour and Dimatix QFR7 UV ink heads, with 8 channels of 12 heads per color. This printer means a breakthrough in terms of quality and speed. In addition to the high quality it offers when printing an image, it produces texts defined below the 4pt. It has a durable finish thanks to the LED fixing present in the car combined with a UV drying tunnel. Its technology allows printing on materials of greater thickness than those supported by other conventional offset printers.
Another of the main protagonists of the fair will be the Spyder X: inkjet mid-range printer designed and manufactured by Inca Digital. Its main features are the possibility of a flat table of 3.2 x 2 meters, as well as a combined plane / coil model to handle rigid and flexible materials. The ink he uses is the Inca Ink, in CMYKLcLmWW colors.
This machine is a powerful and versatile printer that can produce a wide variety of products. Using Inca ink, the printer allows high quality (230 m2 / h) production with fine point and high precision.
Definitely, FESPA 2018 will be the ideal international platform to show the continuous innovation in terms of high-end digital printing, the technological reliability offered by the machinery, as well as the evolution of both Digital Hires and INCA Digital.
